Eldridge Park — Hayward
Located behind Eldridge Elementary School where Rieger Ave meets Hamrick Ln, is Eldridge Park, a quiet park in Hayward where you're sure to be the only people there.
The park has an open grassy area with a cement walking path loop, shady spots, picnic benches with BBQ, and an asphalt slab perfect for chalking.
The playground has three slides (double, spiral, bumpy), various styles of ladders, steps, a sliding pole, and an educational activity.
We really loved how shady this park can get with its big trees trickled throughout, but also offers sun for those looking for some vitamin C
