Holy playground! It’s hard to even begin to count how many fun things are on the multiple play structures are Heather Farm Playground!
Whether you’re going to a playground with big kids, or small, there’s something for everybody! From the small tot play area to the tall two-story structure, you are destined to have a fun time!
There’s a sandbox, an expansive swing set (bucket, standard, and chair swings), turf mounds for sliding, ride-on rockers, a climbing wall, AND a pirate ship!
Heather Farm is a HUGE 100+ acre park with a dog park, large pond (fishing allowed), garden, skate park, sand volleyball court, equestrian center, swim center, tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball courts, soccer field, and so many biking opportunities!
Big trees and canopies offer lots of shade, but warning it can be very sunny and very warm in Walnut Creek. This is a popular park and can get very busy on the weekends/holidays.
