Niles Community Park — Fremont
Niles is such a cute community in Fremont that feels like a trip into a hallmark film
Niles Community Park has a simple play area with a structure, swings, and a sandbox. The structure has two slides (a sidewinder and a short double), steps, a bridge, an arched ladder, an inclined rock wall, and two types of monkey bars. There are two swing sets; one with bucket swings and the other with standard swings.
Near the play area are easy walking trails around the different ponds and the Alameda Creek. We only walked a little bit along the trail towards the train track bridge before turning back. The park also has a grassy area and tennis courts.
We liked seeing all the different trees along the trails and this kids liked to spot those with “eyes”
